A.G. Rhodes Nursing Homes Select Patient Placement Systems Online Software to Automate Long-Term Care Referral Processes

Web-based Referral Management System™ software links two nursing home locations and connects with existing online referral systems to improve and increase long-term care patient admissions

ATLANTA, GA. — Patient Placement Systems announced today that healthcare provider A.G. Rhodes Homes has signed a contract to manage patient referrals across two of its sub-acute care locations using the online Referral Management System Enterprise Edition™ software.

The Referral Management System Enterprise Edition automates and accelerates patient referral intake for sub-acute nursing homes and other multi-location long-term care providers, replacing slow fax-and-paper processes with a fast, efficient, secure online software service. All locations can review, track, approve and archive referral documents and electronic medical records online, applying true enterprise operational efficiency to referral processes.
